Our online sales comes with a 14 days return policy 

and that your items meets the following conditions

  • Proof of purchase (we should have your sales records)
  • Original tags and box is intack
  • Item has not been used, washed or left in sun

with your return request. Please include your order ID and product information.

Once your request is approved, you will received an email from us informing you of the next steps.

Return shipping will also be paid by us!

Once the item has arrived, we will inspect the items and process with the refund if they meet the conditions.

Refund will be made via the same payment mode that was paid to us for the purchase.

Please take note that we will not be responsible if your credit card imposed any fees on you.
